How long does it take for me to get my shipment of products?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week of ordering.

Will I get marketing material with my shipment of products?

The display units are available for purchase. Instore marketing is left to the retailers discretion. Press materials, brochures, may be sent as available.

Can I return any damaged products that was in my shipment?

Please inspect your products upon receipt. Delivery shortages or defective items must be reported within 48 hours.

Can I have a credit line for ordering more products?

We do not provide terms or credit lines. Payment is due upon placing the order.

How many times a year do you introduce new products?

We typically introduce new products and/or variations of existing products once a quarter. We also hold our retailers accountable for bringing on the new items as well.

Is my store going to be marketed with your branding efforts?

Our retailers are listed on our websites and  included in our periodic social media campaigns . We will also promote events we host in collaboration with your retail location.

How are you marketing in my area where my store is at?

Local marketing is at the discretion of the retailer.

After my first shipment can we have AJ do a in-store?

We love arranging in store visits and events. Retailers must first meet minimum purchase order requirements.  More details can be discussed  with your sales rep.
